Customer Introduction: The customer company was established in 2003, mainly engaged in food business, cosmetics, daily necessities of e-commerce sales.

Project Overview: The customer visited and investigated the same type of logistics companies, and found our company's General manager Lu directly when he saw similar cases done by our company. Our company's technical person rushed to the warehouse site measurements as soon as they received the call. The warehouse was four-story brick structure, their goods are the box-type medium and light, pallets need to be picked and warehouse columns are dens.

 After the company's professional and technical person assessment and comprehensive various factors, we tailor-made shallow depth drive-in racking program. Each drive-in aisle storage 2 trays / 3 trays / 5 trays, which is not only save the normal forklift channels, but also can pick pallets. It can skillfully pack the warehouse column into the racking and make full use of the warehouse space. Overall program is beautiful, practical and without any waste.

After program basically finalized, the customer made a special trip to the factory to visit, our factory just had related products have not been shipped. Customer is very recognized by our company's strength after on-site explanation. Finaly 3 PK, choose 1 and next day signed a contract with our company. After the contract was signed, the company's morning meeting informed: this contract is a single contract amount is larger but the shortest contracting time customers since its inception in 2006, It is total of 6 days from the site measurement to the date of contract sign.

The driving in racking project was delivered and put into use, which was highly recognized by the customer. They said that the actual use effect was far beyond their expectations, and they would maintain long-term cooperation with our company.

Racking Specification: L1550*(D1250*2/D1250*3/D1250*5) *H5000(mm), 2 layers/3 layers.

Pallet Specification: L1400*W1200*H1500/2200(mm) (including goods).

Load Capacity: 800kg/pallet.

Total Pallet Locations: 11500 locations.
